The gates of Aurora Signature are officially open. Possession of the 36 waterfront villas has commenced, with each home delivered with completed interiors, private gardens and fully connected utility services.

Families receiving their keys also receive a comprehensive handover dossier — including the structural warranty certificate, fire-safety documentation and a personalised smart-home setup guide.
