Zenith Sky Atrium Achieves LEED-Certified Status

Zenith Sky Atrium in Banani has officially received LEED certification — a first for a high-rise of its scale in the neighbourhood.

The certification recognises the building's high-efficiency façade, intelligent energy-management systems, daylight-optimised floor plans and responsible water stewardship.

"Sustainability is not an add-on at MPL — it is the default standard for new construction," the project director noted. The tower remains on track for its March 2027 completion target.
